Cancellations & Policies

Cancellations by the Client

  • You have the right to cancel your booking at any time.
  • Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable as it covers administrative time spent on your booking.
  • Cancellations within the following timeframes are subject to additional charges:
    • 10 weeks of the wedding date: 50% of total costs.
    • 6 weeks of the wedding date: 75% of total costs.
    • 4 weeks of the wedding date: 100% of total costs.

Change of Date

  • If you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen circumstance or personal reasons:
    • Your booking can be transferred to a new date, subject to my availability.
    • Your booking fee will be retained to cover administrative time and loss of date costs, and a new booking fee will be charged.
    • Prices may be subject to adjustments for the new date.
  • Cancellations or date changes must be sent in email 

Cancellations by the Makeup Artist

  • If I am unable to fulfil your booking due to illness, injury, personal emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, I will do my best to get a replacement makeup artist
  • If a replacement makeup artist cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee or wedding fee
  • I reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following conditions:
    • Payment is not received.
    • Incorrect information is provided by the client.
    • The booking fee is not paid to secure the date.
    • Contact cannot be established with the client.

Changes to Services and Pricing

  • All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
  • I reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, as well as to cancel offers or rates at any time unless previously agreed upon via email with the client.

Client Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to let me know of any issues that might impact the use of skincare or makeup products. This includes:
    • Allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
    • Any active infection such as a cold sore or conjunctivitis etc
  • I reserve the right to refuse service if these issues are not disclosed.
