Lisa did my wedding makeup for myself and my two bridesmaids in December and she was an absolute pleasure to work with from the trial to the wedding day.  I couldn't have been happier with the final look on the day and my bridesmaids were the same. She will always make sure to ask what you'd like and tweak things if needed. Lisa was the make up artist for my wedding in December. She is so talented and such a wonderful person also! The whole process of working with Lisa was seamless. She especially put me at ease during my make up trial and was so professional, not to mention talented at what she does. I was delighted with my make up on the morning of the wedding as were the bridal party and had full admiration for Lisa who turned up despite feeling unwell. You won't regret booking Lisa! I booked the talented Lisa for my wedding in September in Dublin last year after seeing the incredible work she has done over the years at various events on social media (the make-up she did for Róisín Murphy pulled me in especially - just gorgeous). We met a few months before the wedding for the make-up trial at her studio in Arklow. I wasn't feeling the best version of myself at that time as I had a young baby and hadn't faced make-up for ages. The thought of putting a big face of make-up on for what is meant to be 'one of the most important days of your life' was daunting for me. Lisa put me at such ease however and really helped me get into the zone both at the trial and on the day itself. She really listened to me, was patient with my hesitations, and worked hard to achieve exactly what I had asked for - which was a fresh, cool and clean bridal look. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Lisa also did the make-up for my sisters and close friends / my bridal party on the day of the wedding. They looked incredible and everyone commented on how calm, professional and GREAT she was. Thank you, Lisa (if i ever renew my vows I will be calling you again if you don't mind!). Lisa did my makeup for my wedding in September and I was absolutely delighted with it. I had a trial before the wedding and at that appointment Lisa took the time to pin down what I wanted. I was looking for a natural look (since I don't usually wear makeup) that also looks good with glasses. I left the trial confident that I would have perfect makeup on my wedding day, since Lisa tried different shades for eye shadow and lips and I was very happy with the final results. On my wedding day, Lisa was very organised and calm and created a relaxed atmosphere. She was very thorough in checking if I wanted any changes from the trial and then recreated the look I wanted perfectly. She even adjusted the lip colour at the end to match my flowers better! Lisa also did my mother's and my husband's mother's makeup and they were also very happy, both with the experience and the results. I was very lucky to be able to secure Lisa to do my makeup for my wedding day. I had got her to do my makeup a few years ago for my graduation and I had never been so pleased with my makeup, so I was delighted that she was free on my wedding day when I contacted her to book! My whole bridal party were so happy with their makeup. My mam only wanted a tiny bit of makeup and Lisa was able to do hers in a way that was subtle but looked fantastic. I was complimented on my makeup all day and even towards the end of the day, I didn't need to do any top ups, bar a tiny bit of lipliner and lipstick after dinner. Lisa is incredibly talented. I have never been as happy with makeup as I am with Lisa. She totally understands client preferences and provides really helpful suggestions and guidance while also using her extensive knowledge of skin prep, colour and balance and overall makeup application to ensure a flawless look that doesn't look at all cakey or 'done'. Lisa is so incredibly talented! I was looking for someone who could execute a bridal makeup look that enhanced my natural features without looking overdone. During my makeup trial I said in amazement: "I didn't know my eyes could look like that!" I was so impressed with the final look. She has a true gift.
